Why Can't I Get Any Online Search Results |
| Maybe your firewall is blocking Ergo from connecting to the internet. Ergo connects on the same ports that your web browser will use. If your computer accesses the internet through a proxy you will need to fill in these details in the Ergo configuration dialog box, accessed by clicking the Ergo logo to the left of the search box. |

Why Can't I Get Any Local Search Results |
| Maybe Windows Desktop Search has not indexed any of your local files. On Windows XP you must installed Windows Desktop Search before you local files can be searched with Ergo. |

Why Can't I Get Any RSS Search Results |
| You must first have subscribed to some RSS Feeds in Internet Explorer. See http://www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/ie7/tour/rss/ for more details. |
