ok, very nice tutorial. im still confused though about the stability of the rower.I was in the gym last time traning and i know what point she tries to pass, but does the slide of the machine of along the floor implies a bad technique then? Should i try to keep machine still on its legs even when i row hard?

does anyone know what would happen if a heavier guy would be rowing on a machine that has a smaller max user weight?say 10kg above the max weight
