It’s a full body workout, so yes. In my view, the best exercises are compound exercises — those that work out many muscles at the same time. Some people refer to them as the so-called “big boy lifts” – deadlifts, squats, bench press, rowing (or pull-ups), and shoutder press. To that list, I’d also add exercises like jumping jacks (great for the lymph system), dips, and either walking, jogging, or running (depending on your conditioning level). These exercises lead to great strength.

I agree with all 10 points. Rowing is far and away the best exercise.
